Help me Beat Kidney Disease

My name is Paul, I am 18 years old and I suffer from Chronic Kidney Disease. Last year, only a year after I started college I found out about my kidney damage.

I had to stop my studies because I needed to be transferred to the hospital immediately. Since then I have been doing hemodialysis twice a week but recently the doctors informed me that I will need a transplant surgery.

Chronic Kidney Disease is painful, it changes your body and it makes you weak. It’s hard to stay concentrated because I am dizzy most of the time.

My family and I do not have the money to save my life. Any help is valuable, please help me stay alive.
