I am writing this letter with large hope in my heart .My little cousin who is only 14years old has been diagnosed with paralysis in his two legs .Doctors has informed he need surgery at the earliest.i am desperate need financial help for his treatment.his family tried all possible way to arrange money but large amount beyond the reach of a poor family.
His father is A poor farmer who has also one hand paralyzed.Mother is a house wife who help his father farming .
Only your kind help can help him to start a new life .he can back again school and do all his work like a normal child.
now his treatment require around 5000us dollar.only your support can help him to back in normal life .we will be ever grateful .Hope you will not disappoint a innocent child.
