Disease: End Stage Renal Disease/ Subject for Kidney Transplant
I'm Nikkie, 29 years old from Bay, Laguna and I am asking for your support for my fund raising. I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 5 secondary to Chronic Glomerulonephritis at the age of 28 years old. Now I am undergoing Hemodialysis treatment 2x a week for almost 1 year. My Doctor advised me to undergo Kidney Transplant as soon as possible to stop me from Hemodialysis.
The estimated amount for the Workups, Surgical operation and post-operation medicine is P700,000. Please support my campaign. This is one way to support my medical expenses and to raise funds for my Kidney Transplant hopefully this year.
