Help for my mother’s antibiotics and clinical bills

First of all hello and I hope whoever is reading this has a great day; my name is Moisés Arrieta, I am 22 years old and I live in Venezuela and I am facing a really tough situation, just to give some context; we are 4 people on my home, my dad, my mom, my sister and myself; currently the only people working on my home are my sister and I, we make roughly 150$ - 180$ (US$ Dollars) per month translated to our local currency. Because of the country's situation my dad hasn't been able to find a job but it didn't really matter until now, we have always supported each other as a family but this past 2 months we have been careless with my mother's health since her diabetes medication is really expensive and she hasn't been able to consume her medication in a proper way and plus these past 2 months she consumed a lot of sugar since we went to some birthday reunions and celebrated some stuff, and I know it's my fault since I shouldn't have allowed her to consume so much sugar without her proper medication.

So, since she has diabetes her body eliminates her blood sugar much more slower and also cuts in her body such as mosquito bites close way slower and last month she got some bacteria into her body called "Klebsiella pneumoniae" and "Proteus mirabilis" (she got these bacteria on her right chest which got inside her body through a mosquito bite) which basically originated as a furuncle or "boil" and got worse as days passed, the bacteria multiplied very very quickly in her body because of the high levels of sugar in her blood. At first she just felt a slight discomfort, then she couldn't move her right arm without feeling some pain, then couldn't move it at all, pain slowly scalated to all areas of her right chest, it got way worse, she couldn't even sit without feeling pressure on the area afected and screaming of pain, she needed help to wake up from bed because if she didn't the pain would be unbearable; so I had so stop working for some time in order to help her with my dad to move to the bathroom, to her bed, etc. At this point the bacteria was starting to eat the flesh of her chest, she would always wake up with some blood under her in the bed, now there was always screaming coming out of her room whenever she wasn't under the effects of a sedative pill, her skin started going black because it started dying on that area, that's called necrosis and it's extremely dangerous; I just didn't have the strenght to look at the area while we bathed her, I didn't have the stomach, I felt so powerless all I could do was just say "everything is going to be ok" while she was in tears of pain, I haven't slept properly in weeks just taking care of her, we just had to get her to a clinic inmediatly because she literally couldn't move without feeling intense pain that almost made her pass out several times.

So we got her to the clinic the next day, at first the admision cost was 100$ which we paid instantly, that same day she had her first surgery in which they got 2 liters of pus out of her body and removed all of the necrotical skin and flesh out of her but this obviously wasn't enough to kill the bacteria (surgeon said if we got there 1 day later the necrosis would be already too close to her heart, I thank god everyday because this didn't happen), which leads me to today; her first surgery costed 1000$ which we got with the help of friends and the rest of the family, but now she needs to stay here for a few weeks under some antibiotics until she has recovered some strenght for her second operation, and this is why I am asking for the help of anyone that can help, please help my mother I don't wanna lose her, I wouldn't be able to overcome it, I know it was my fault because I allowed her to consume all that sugar, all this could have been prevented if it wasn't because of my mistake. We were only able to pay for antibiotics for only 1 week but she need for atleast 4 months which will be more than enough to kill the bacteria for good and she needs to stay here under all of the nurse's cares, we need atleast 2500$ for all of the clinic bills and we have only gathered 500$ I'm asking for the help of anyone that can donate, every little cent helps.
