Campaign Story
We are appealing to your good heart as we seek financial assistance to buy the prescribed implant needed for the operation of my mother due to bone fracture.
Last December 21, 2019, my mother who is 71 yr. old, felt dizzy while standing then fell unconscious and hits her left thigh that caused her bone fracture. We, her children are asking for help because we are financially incapable to produce the amount needed for her implant. I have attached the medical abstract, x-ray, prescription and the quotation of the implant for your reference.
Our family will greatly appreciate any amount you can give to help us with my mother’s implant so that her operation can be scheduled as soon as possible to avoid complications that may occur.
