Help For My Mom’s Medical Diagnosis

My name is Erick Bechaves, I'm here to ask everyone for help, for my mom (Elsa Bechaves) she is 53 years old and she has been suffering/experiencing pain from her stomach.

It started early January, I've noticed that sometimes she doesn't have an appetite to eat, ever since she lost weight, she became thin, but her stomach grew, bloated, I became worried, so March came, I had a bit of money so she could have a check-up at a clinic

But the doctors told my mother that they needed further testing to know what's going on, which we haven't been able to follow since March as we couldn't really pay for the amount as my mom is jobless and I work as a Waiter, the salary I have is only enough for rent, electricity, food and other necessities.

I fear that it'll only get worse for my mom as she is frequently experiencing pain in her abdominal area lately after a meal, I just can't stand to see my mom hurting, I really don't know what to do.
