Help for my grandmother’s mother treatment

I want help for my Grandmother's mother treatment.Her age is 95.She have urine problem. A few years ago we had been given her medical treatment at the hospital.But and now she is in critical situation.She have heart problem, toilet area problem and her urine side is almost out. She even can't walk for her urine problem.She cry every moment with pain.We love her a lot and we don't want to lose her. Doctor said she need immediate treatment for heart and operation for urine side and toilet side.But, we don't even have any money to admit her in any hospital.Her treatment cost is huge for us.We are helpless now.If you people can help her we will be very thankful to you.
