Help for my Grandma

At the end of September,  the most important person in our family had a stroke. Was the worst news I have ever encountered. She was okay, thankfully. Had a little issues with talking but all in all could walk and move fine. Two days later she suffered another stroke. Which the hospital neglected to tell us. We tried to stay positive.. she was now paralyzed on her left side. My grandma has always been so independent, never needing anyone. Seeing her in this state has been so hard. She was in the hospital for 3 months. She now is at home but is struggling. My grandma has always helped me and my daughter and now I want to do the same for her. I want to raise money to help with her with costs of her wheelchair, maybe some in home help because now she cant bath on her own, maybe a ramp for the front of her house since she is in a wheelchair and there are stairs there now, and anything else she may need since it is not cheap and she or I don't have a lot of money. My grandmother has always helped everyone else and has always been the sweetest person, shes my rock, and I now want to help her. Please, anything at all helps. Thank you everyone.
