Help for my family

I am 59 years old and continue to have health problems (colon Removed, Internal Pain Pump for sever bone loss and nerve compression in my lumbar disk for the last 10 years. In January i could no longer work in my chosen profession ( Construction, Project Management) because of the pain and discomfort climbing ladders and walking job sites causes. I move My family (wife and two children to a small apartment to reduce expenses and gave up my car at the same time. I have applied for SSI Disabilty but will not have a determination until at least may of 2019. Currently i am behind in my rent (one month, $950), electric bill ($275) and my phone bill (3 lines $100). I have just this week started working at Lowe's and my son started his teaching job this week also. I have applied for at least 50 jobs in the last two months, but since i do not have a Degree i have been turned down or not even been reviewed for positions. i will be paid on the 29th and will begin to catch up but eviction starts Monday the 18th. I am in contact with the LL and hope i can get relief for a few weeks. I never expected to be in this position but i need short term assistance until i get back on my feet. I do not have health Insurance at this time as the cost is to much to handle at this time. Anything raised above what is needed will be given to an Adult Education Charity in New Orleans. If it helps the rent money can be sent to my LL so there is not risk of fraud, the LL info will be sent when requested. Any help will be greatly appreciated and paid back in giving to the people in greater need than me. I have never been in this position before, please help me get past this tough time in my and my family's life.
