Help For My Dad

My dad is a retired police officer of 22 years and has always been able to protect others and be the first one to help anyone in need.He raised 5 children and lost two at a young age.Now at the young age of 54 he has been diagnosed with Parksinson's Disease,deteroration of the spine,diabetes and if that wasnt enough to take his free spirit away we also just found out that he has a kidney disease but until the blood work comes back we wont know how serious it is.We have quite a few obsticals to overcome before he can recieve his medical care.Our only means of transportation is broken down so he has no way to travel back and forth to the doctor or to get his medication.He has been unable to come out of his home due to not being able to walk down the stairs.He is in need of a chair lift but we are unable to afford it.He also needs assistance getting in and out of the bath but once again we are unable to afford the walk in tub that he desperatley needs.My dad is an amazing father who always helped others and never turned his back on anyone.He is way to proud to ask for help but his health is getting worse.
