Help for my brother

Hello,I am trying to collect money for my brothers lawyer bills.He is 20 years old.He is homosexual.A month ago he was arrested cause he was exchanging naked pictures with another boy.That boy is 16.And father of that boy reported him.My brother is in Croatia and everyone till 18 are considered children.So he was charged for seducing a under 18 years old child ( the other boy said it was volountary from.him aswell and chats show it too) but my brother still have to go to court cause by state law thats illegal.He was 20 days in jail so he could not influence what will other boy say.My parents found him lawyer and paid bail money of 8000€ .The lawyer said if two under 18 persons were doind that nothing would happen.He also thinks if that was a girl in question would also be easier.But being homosexual in balcanic country is still hard and very judgmental.In January it will be court hearing and lawyer applied for a settlement.Unfortunately my family has no more money in the moment cause of bail money they paid and lawyer cost till now ( cost are big cause here is big problem when someone who is +18 is with someone younger and naked pics).I am trying to collect 3000€ wich will cover all legal fees and lawyer bill.Otherwise my brother will face 1-2 years of jail without settlement.So lawyer is only way.My brother never before had law problems andwas never problematic.He s only problem its being gay in balcanic country.Thank you for reading.
