Help for Mobile Home

My name is Jose, I have initiated a Go Fund Me Account here in Washington , Dc, to raise funds to purchase a replacement trailer home for my family.

We are currently living in a 1977 trailer home that has a number of significant problems and the major problem is we don’t have hot water.

My trailer home does not have fully functioning plumbing or a clothes washer and dryer.

I am current in college and it’s very hard for us to make extra income to help us buy a mobile home with our rent of $954.00 every month and a employment of McDonald’s.

I have enlisted the help of local community and church members to help with the move and cleaning when the trailers are swapped out.

Any excess funds raised will be used to purchase new mobile home, beds and/or replacement furniture or appliances I consider appropriate.

I hope to raise at least $28,680 for this project and to coordinate with local volunteers to stage the move and swap of the trailer homes during the months of July and August.

Although your donations will not be considered tax deductible, we trust that your contributions will be worth it, and we have structured this project in such a way as to provide protection, accountability, and transparency.

I have shared my intentions of this project with local and online friends, I have felt an overwhelming sense of support and gratitude to participate with others in doing this thing for my family.
