Help for Mental Health Needs

Like so many in this country, I have fallen on hard times.  I'm seeking to work hard and improve my lot but I'm hindered by suffering from clinical depression.  I have suffered from clinical depression for the majority of my life.  I work had to do the things that I know will help my depression.  Two of the main things that have helped me are regular therapy and psychiatric treatment.  Unfortunately, I'm getting to the point financially where I can afford neither.  I'd very much like to continue seeing my current providers as they have been helpful and know me.  My therapist has been kind enough to put me on the low end of her slidding scale.  It is a blessing but still too much. My psychiatrist has also not raised her rates on me in several years.  Once again, this is a great kindness but I'm still not able to pay her fee.  I'm not able to recieve psychiatric services through my county as they currently are only able to treat those with psychosis or those who have harmed themselves.  I desperately don't want to harm myself. 

My family is unable to help me at this time due to their own struggles.  I work hard, live modestly, and try to give back to others with my time and energy when I have it to give. For the sake of transparency I'd like to share that I've used a psuedonymn as a few people close to me asked me not to use my real name as it may adversely affect them.  If anyone has any questions about this please ask me.  

Currently, I pay $75 for a therapy session.  This works out to $3,900 a year.   It costs $185 for a psychiatry appointment.  I haven't seen my psychiatrist in several months due to cost, but I should see her once monthly.  This works out to $2200 per year.  The total yearly cost of my mental health servies total approximately $6,100.  It would be such a relief for me to know that I could continue to see my providers through out the year.  There are so many kind and deserving people in this world so the fact that anyone would give to me would just be so heart warming.  Thank you for your time in reading this and please feel free to ask any questions if you have any.
