HELP HAND FOR JONA M. DELA CRUZ

Hi My name is Jona dela Cruz. I am a stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease Dialysis patient since last year June 2019. I am a single parent and my family is not financially stable. I am asking for your help to get thru my dialysis treatment. I am desperately asking for help to extend my life to be with my family.

I was hoping that even though there is a pandemic like Covid-19, and there is a memorandum that Philhealth will be extended for dialysis use rather than just the 90 use which ends in August, sadly, it did not push through because of the corruption news circulating. With this being said, I was hoping that you could help me with my treatment.

I really need urgent help because my hemoglobin is very low. My expense is PhP 2,750.00, 3 x a week. If you guys just knew that every Php 500, Php 1,000, etc that you give is very precious to a dialysis patient like me.

I may not return what you give me, but I always pray that God will reward you a hundred folds.
