Help for John Noga

My uncle John Noga, is a loving, caring, and hard working man. Who On March 5th 2018, was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma, that infected one of his tonsils, the base of his tongue, and one of his lymph nodes. He had to undergo a G-tube placement in his stomach (feeding tube) and has had to undergo chemotherapy, and radiation treatment. His doctors say he is doing well, however he is not out of the woods yet.

Due to this illness and required treatments, he has not been able to work, and he is still out of work. His girlfriend my Aunt Mary, is also out of work, due to her own health issues. They have fallen on hard times, and are struggling financially to pay the bills, also getting my uncle back and forth to his needed appointments.
