Help for friend with PTSD return to Virginia for help and recovery

A very close friend of mine, and future partner, has had a very rough life. She has been physically abused by her family for years and finally got out. She was misdiagnosed schizophrenic due to a medical condition that was causing multiple infections to sprout from even minor cuts that they have been able to treat but it has affected her intestines and she is currently looking into surgery to help resolve the internal infection. I am leaving her name out due to the people she is living with who are currently physically abusing her and have drawn blood but it is currently her only place to live and she lives in constant terror.

She came from a family of Catholics who believe to be different is a sin and emotionally and physically abused her till she entered her late teens and was able to escape to her actual father. Due to the misdiagnosis she was unable to hold a job and was reliant on an alcoholic father who would emotionally abuse her and use his control on her to say who she was allowed to be friends with or in a relationship with and would usually wait till they were close to forcefully split them.

Currently she was forced to move to California due to a housing situation and the family she has been forced to move in promised to care for her during her surgery to fix the infection have turned around and stated they are unable to and won't anymore. They have been working to convince her that everyone in Virginia are bad people and I can state I have heard them talking bad about us here and trying to convince her to stop talking to us entirely. Two weeks ago we found out that they had stolen her password book and were logging into her accounts in order to check her chats for mentions of the house and them and take it out on her immediately. Recently the wife has started physically beating her with picture to prove it but nothing can be done until enough funds can be raised to bring her back to Virginia and afford to rent for a few months till she can be recovered enough and a job can be obtained now that she is no longer listed as schizophrenic.

I wish I could give more information but the family is scouring sites like this and if they find something that is close to the situation, they abuse her physically and emotionally.

I am willing to pass on pictures to people or groups that believe they can help and she does not have paypal but I will transfer funds to an account she has access to in order to help with setting up her move back and finding a place to live here so she can move in and be set up when she arrives.
