Help for family of four in need

I know a family that are in need and would appreciate any help.

The family consists of a mom, dad and their two young boys, aged 14 and 11 living in South Africa.

At the moment, they are living with the father's mother who is in her 70s. She lives in a 1 bedroom apartment and can't work much longer, so they are in desperate need of accommodation. Luckily, they have a roof over their head, but it is very uncomfortable and stressful to have 5 people living in a small 1 bed apartment.

The children are still in school and that is the main reason I am doing this - to keep them in school and to ensure they have food, clothes and resources. The two boys are extremely smart and I want them to stay in school and go make something of themselves.

The parents are trying their best to put food on the table, but work is extremely scarce in South Africa.

My goal is to raise money in order to rent an apartment for them and ensure they have enough food every month etc until they are back on their feet.

I am willing to send photos and give regular updates/feedback to everyone who donates money, but, for now, I would like to keep their identities confidential.
