Help for electricity

iI am trying to raise some money to pay the electricity for my house because i don't have any since 3 years as of a large bill 2500e my kids have to do their homework on a lantern light i don't write very well in english i am from Romania i have a job as a security officer whit an averrage salary of 200e so it's impoible to me alone to raise that kind of money
