Dominik is 5 year old boy, he was diogosed withSpastic Cerebral Palsy plus Hemiplegia.Please help for Dominik to get enough money for intensive physiotherapy at Poland for 3 weeks and Botox to be injected in to left hand and left leg. Please help Dominik
