Help for Children Cancer Survivors!!!!!!!!!!!

My name is Autumn Ellis and i am senior at Kings Mountain High. At our school we do a senior project which starts off as a junior paper. I did my junior paper on alternative methods to cancer research besides chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is very bad for you, it has a ton of side affects including hair loss. I want to start this product and give them away for free to little girls that have lost their hair due to chemotherapy. Yes, you can buy this elsewhere but after all these families have went through i think they deserve a gift.

About my Product

The product i want to make is called Yarn Wigs. You take a very soft (because after chemo their head is very sensitive) crochet beanie or cotton if they would prefer and sew yarn into it and after you have the whole thing covered then that is when the magic begins. You style the yarn to look exactly like Disney Princesses. It takes a creative mind and a lot of time to get them perfect.

In today's society if you don't have hair then you are not feminine. To all these little girls just now starting their lives that is hard to live with. I want to help these little girls feel beautiful and feel like princesses. It is very possible if i have a little assistance.

I would like to give them away for free because online you have to pay $25 or more. These families deserve to have these for free and i want to give that to them but in order to make 50+ wigs its going to be hard because i don't have the money to fund it completely. A beanie is about $15 and then the yarn is about $2 per roll and then the decorations are $2 each. They can get expensive especially the ones with a lot of hair (Rapunzel).

Anything will help is very much appreciated. It would mean the world to me to get to help these little girls and i know it would the world to them also. Please donate whatever you can and thank you so very much for your generosity.
