Help for cancer victim

Gemma Sindayen Guerrero was a close friend of mine, in fact, more than just a close friend. She seems to be close than a sister for me. She was diagnosed with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma just yesterday, July 25 and the doctor referred her to an oncologist. Just today, July 26,the oncologist confirmed that she had Stage 4 Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and she needs urgent chemotherapy. Knowing that she is from Philippines, not all people in this country is fortunate enough to have sufficient funds for this kind of treatment. Her father is just a tricycle driver and her mother is a plain housewife. I am very much worried and even pitied of her condition. I also can help but I know my help wouldn't be enough to sustain her entire treatment. For those with kind hearts, I hope you could help her survive cancer or even give her the chance to lengthen her opportunity to share more of her time with her family. I know it's not easy and it will never be easy for us to bear this pain but i know she bears most of the pain than what we do. The pain of the illness itself and the grasp for survival if only she had the chance to. A little amount from simple individuals will help. As it is written in the Bible,those who help will be helped. Even a small amount will be given back to you a hundred folds. May God touch our hearts and enlighten each one of us that life is so precious and we only got to live once on this earth, so make it worth it.
