Help for Cancer Treatment ( Bone Marrow Transplant)

My Cousin is in great need. Manoj Niure(from Chitwan Nepal),21 years old, single son of his parent is begging for his life. While he was studying in Japan he suffered from serious illness had to be admitted in hospital. As there were nobody to care and financially assist him, he returned back to Nepal and since last one year he is in India for his treatment. Now his disease is diagnosed, and it is Cancer.He is now in chemotherapy process and already spent more than $ 50,000. Unfortunately, his parents already have sold all their properties for his treatment and now hospital told him that Bone Marrow should be transplanted,so he can live his next life.It costs around $100,000 for this treatment. Please help him live his life.
