Help for buying a Laptop to start career

Hi. I'm Shahib Hasan. I have a dream to do something for next generation. I want to be an Information Technology expert. I interested in software engineering, graphic design, web development, photo editing and showing creativity.

I'm born in a middle class family so this hug dream is a burden for me! I have no PC or Laptop so that I am unable to work for earnings. I have a used mobile phone that I use now. I got training by watching videos on YouTube, but can't able to learn from a training Institute. If I have a Laptop, I will try to do work by it. My father work hard for our lives. He can't brought me a Laptop. So I have no choice to fulfill my dream.

If I get a Laptop, I will train myself from YouTube and practicing more and more. I learned English in my ways. I haven't been class a coaching or private. I use my phone for learning but many times it hang itself. I have lacking of a Laptop.

I don't have enough money to buy a Laptop. I want to do something for my country and the World. Please help me to grow up. At last I say the speech of Martin Luther king, "I have a dream."

I have searched Google what my curious mind say. I dropped some questions for you.

Question 1: We use HCFC instead of CFC Because, HCFCs have less ozone depletion potential.
But, how can we separate Carbon and Oxygen from air Carbon dioxide? Is there any way to collect Carbon from Air and reduce the amount of Carbon in our environment?

Question 2: Can we made chipsets of mobiles and PCs that will update automatically to latest technology updates and all new invented features?

Question 3: Can we made battery which charged automatically at the time of using? Whether Mobile's body or back part can generate Charging power from light signal or air instead of wireless charging?

Question 4: All the questions I asked is harmful for humans and environment? The technology we using now is safe or we didn't use it safer way? The artificial intelligence of Mobile anf PCs which can do manything is safe or stealing anything?
