Dear friends,
This is baby Julian Karlos. Diagnosed at birth with congenital heart disease, D Transposition of the great arteries intact intreventricular septum, restrictive patent foramen ovale with an oxygen saturations of 45%. Underwent beside echocardiography guided Balloon Atrial Septostomy last January 23,2020. Stayed in the hospital due to nosocomial pneumonia. Discharged February 3, 2020 and was advised for open-heart surgery.
To finally treat Julan Karlos, he will have to undergo Open-Heart Surgery. The hospital bill including the professional cost 1,500,000.00. So we are knocking on your generous hearts to help us raise funds for his open-heart surgery. We are in need of financial assistance to help us with the operation and medications.
Any amount that you can spare will mean so much to the family and can give baby Julian Karlos new lease on life.
