Campaign Story
Aris had been a dialysis patient for 5 yrs now. Last Tuesday, November 20, after 2.5hrs of dialysis, his blood pressure went down to 80/60 so they have to stop the procedure and advised to be admitted in the ICU for 24hr monitoring. While in the ICU, BP went down again but was stabilized.
After a while he had a seizure followed by a cardiac arrest. The doctors were able to revive him after 6mins. He had been intubated to help his breathing.
He was conscious since then.
But morning of November 24, his BP has started to went down again. There was already bleeding in his stomach due to induced stress. The doctors did not perform the dialysis early that day due to his unstable BP. He has to undergo also a blood transfusion.
The doctors considered the 24hrs critical because there is really a need to perform the dialysis but it's really dependent on the stability of his blood pressure. Thank God because after infusing meds to increase his blood pressure, they were able to finally start the procedure.
But the worry doesn't end there because they have to closely monitor him during dialysis, all his vital signs, as well as after the procedure.
He has diabetes and hypertension. These leads to his chronic kidney disease.
This has been created by friends of Aris to help seek funds to assist in his hospital expenses. For 5 days that he has been in the ICU since November 20, the bill is almost half a million already. Any financial assistance that you might extend will be a great help for him and his family with the hospital bills.
Please continue to pray for Aris' rcovery.
Thank you so much and God bless us all.
