Help for an operation and rehabilitation

A mother of a 12 year old and a daughter of a 87 year old which she currently looks after is in need of an emergency operation. She has a spinal cord tumour and may loose her ability to walk if she doesn’t receive surgery. She lives in Ukraine which is a poor country and they are refusing to do the operation until we have all the money. If anyone could please help and fund as that would be amazing .
