Help for an AMAZING heart

My dear friend desperately needs to go for a CT scan on her heart. As she is a struggling mom, she is not on a medical aid and needs to raise the funds to go for this. Theresa is an amazing woman, she is always willing to help others and is always giving where she can to those in need. It is time that she is helped for a change. On my knees here, I am begging you to PLEASE help her. She urgently needs to raise an amount of R12,500 in order get this procedure done as she is in a great amount of pain on a daily basis, along with many other symptoms. I understand that some of you may feel that it is a process to donate money through this app, but please, her children need her, her family needs her, her friends need her. Please help with whatever you can afford please, even if is only R10; it all adds up in the end.
