Help for a Wonderful Young Lady

I would like to thank you for taking the time to open this campaign.

This is April Ann. She’s our baby cousin. I know she doesn’t look like she’s a baby but she is for us. This young lady has always been the most helpful and hardworking person we’ve known. As the third child from a family of four, you wouldn’t expect her to act as the person to whom her mom and dad would turn to to take care of the household. When her mom and dad were working, they’d rely on April to take care of her brothers and sisters at home. She’d do their laundry, cook for them, and clean their house. Even after all her chores at home, she’d come to her grandma’s house and help out with the chores there too. We’ve always turned to her when we needed help with anything and so it is time that we do what we can to help her too.

Recently, she’s been admitted to Borja Hospital in Tagbilaran City, Bohol due to recurring severe headaches. And now her CT scan results show solid mass in her brain. The solid mass produces fluids that create the pressure inside her head thus, the constant headaches our dear baby has been experiencing. She is now due for an emergency surgery to put a tube through her skull into her brain to drain the fluids buildup and another procedure to remove the cyst.

We, as her family, are imploring you to help us alleviate the suffering that have come to their household. April’s mom is unable to go to work so she could take care of her daughter. April’s dad is also out of work due to another head injury caused when he was working. April and I share custody of our little shih tzu- Snow. Our dog misses his mommy April so much now. Our family will be eternally grateful to you for your kind help in any amount that you can offer. Even a mere share is already a great help. We ask, first and foremost, that you include April Ann in your prayers so that she may be able to overcome this obstacle in her life.Thank you all so much. God bless you and your family.
