Help for a new fresh/clean start

I am an entrepreneur, in 2012 I started my own company and at the end of 2017 I had around 80 clients, although it was not the goal I expected, I continue to lead my company and gain customers little by little, at the end of 2017 one of my suppliers (who resides in india) charged my CC (saved for automatic charges on its website) all my credit, deleted my account and disappeared.

This caused a loss of 30% of my clients and a debt with my bank of around 35k USD plus interest, the bank could not make the clarification and the claim did not proceed, and because the provider was located in another country it was not possible to make a claim on my own.

I got engaged to my girlfriend last year and we are currently looking for a home to live, however these debts do not allow me to make and give her her home.

All I want is a little help to be able to pay my debts and make a new and fresh start, be calm and continue with my projects with the family that I am about to start
