Help for a man with a heart of gold !

My name is Tammy my boyfriend future fiancee has had a horrible year now on 2/24/14 he was in a horrible car accident where his vehicle struck a semi he was rushed to albany medical center in albany ny the best trauma hospital in our area he arrived with a large amount of blood loss and had trouble stabilizing his low blood pressure after an emergency surgery to control the internal bleeding he was admitted to their surgical icu where he stayed for 3 weeks he has suffered massive broken bones numorous surgeries and still more to come he is estimated to be in hospital for three months or more prior to this he was a cook at a prestigious restraurant and may not be able to return to his beloved job we had financial troubles before this horrible accident but now with the mounting medical bills the lose of our vehicle life is become extremely difficult I am also notified we need to search for a home on a first floor due to the massive injuries he will have difficuly being mobile I have stayed by his side at the hospital and now he is suffering delirium any and all help would be greatly appreciated and give chris the will to keep fighting please give what you can a lil can go along way we will pay all help foward.
