Good day to everyone out there accessing this platform.
My name is Nasser Kawuki, 43 years old ,born in Uganda and living in South Africa.
I have been living in South Africa for over 10 years now and working as a temporary teacher at a college in Durban which unfortunately closed beginning of last year die to covid-19 pandemic that led to many businesses going into financial stress and many of them closing down.
I have completed a bachelors degree in law (LLB) and also have a Higer Certificate in Law(HSC/LAW) both from the University of South Africa(Unisa). The degree was completed in 2020 and the certificate was completed in 2016.
I have always financed my studies with my salary as a contract teacher which I'm nolonger because I lost the job due to the closure of the college.
At the end of last year 2020, I applied for admission to the University of Johannesburg in South Africa for a master's degree in labour law. In February this year, I was gladly accepted to study that degree and which news got me very excited because that has been my dream to study a labour law because I picked special interest in the issues affecting the labour market and the world over.
However because I'm unemployed at the moment I have tried hard the funds but have unfortunately failed because almost everyone I approach is struggling in one way or the other since most of them also lost their jobs or are struggling financially.
This is therefore to humbly appeal to all good people out there to assist with any amount that can help me to register so that I can ne able to study my dream degree.
The funds raised may be paid directly to the University of Johannesburg.
I thank you all good people out there and may God reward all your efforts please.
