OUR FAMILY IS EMBROILDED IN A BITTER BATTLE WITH BIG GOVERNMENT STRUGGLING TO RETRIEVE WHAT BIG GOVERNMENT HAS ALLOWED TO BE STOLEN FROM THEM WITH THE GOVERNMENT SANCTIONING THEIR THIEVERY.

OUR GRANDMOTHER DIED IN THE 1976 LEAVING THE HEIRS HER ESTATE IN WHICH MOST OF US WERE UNDERAGE AT THAT TIME. OUR FAMILY ONLY FOUND OUT IN 2010 THAT WE WERE THE HEIRS TO AN ESTATE. WHEN WE WENT TO TAKE POSSESION OF OUR INHERITANCE, WE FOUND DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE THAT EVEN THOUGH WE HAD NOT BEEN NOTIFIED, THIS GOVERNMENT PROCEEDED NOT TO FOLLOW THEIR WRITTEN LAWS TO ENSURE OUR PROTECTION AND ALLOW OTHERS TO TAKE WHAT THEY KNEW WAS RIGHTFULLY OURS THROUGH THE ESTATE. MANY OF THE PEOPLE HAVE STATED THAT KNOW WHO THE ESTATE BELONGS TO. THERE HAS BEEN TWO EXECUTORS THAT HAS BEEN IN CHARGE OF OUR INHERITANCE. NIETHER OF WHICH WE WERE AWARE OF, GAVE PERMISSION TO REPRESENT US, AND THE NEGLECTED NOTIFY ANY OF US. THE LAW CLEARLY STATES THAT THEY HAVE ONLY ONE YEAR TO SETTLE THE ESTATE OR GOT BACK TO THE COURTS FOR AN EXTENSION WHICH NEVER HAPPEN. AT THAT TIME THE ESTATE SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLACED IN A TRUST UNTIL WE CAN CLAIM IT.

I AM SEEKING HELP IN MANY WAYS RETRIEVING THE LEGACY OF OUR FOREFATHERS & MOTHERS THAT LEFT A WILL LEAVING IT TO US. WE WOULD LIKE TO BE IN THE POSITION TO HELP OTHERS FIGHT THIS SIMILAR FIGHT. TO GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITIES THAT RAISED US FROM CHILDREN TO ADULT WITH DRIVE TO CORRECT INJUSTICES.

HELP US FIGHT GOLIATH; The initials used throughout this profoundly important fundraiser, belonged to our Grandmother, EAWF. This site will be updated weekly to reveal the full name of this true American and her story. You could be the next EAWF.

We are an American family, currently embroiled in a bitter legal battle of Generational Property that’s been in our family for over two hundred years.  With the help of elected officials, corrupt Lawyers and Judges that do not follow the law, to include huge financial backing of un-named individuals, we have hit our financial limits and need your help. Our grandmother died in 1976, fighting against these sources of corruption and prevailed on every account. One thing one must realize while trying to understand this travesty of justice, EAWF left all generational property to her heirs.  All the beneficiaries were children, at the time of the reading of her Last Will And Testament and the Administrator along with other unscrupulous attorneys decided it would be in their best interest to keep this property for themselves. So I ask you this, could you be the next EAWF?

Our story begins here: At an event to honor a family member it was divulged that over 1200 acres of land belonged to the grandchildren of the late EAWF, at which point we took it upon ourselves to research the authenticity of the information provided. Upon confirmation that we indeed own these properties, through further analysis we were shocked to discover that this land, our land that has been in our family since the year 1808 and had been peice milled out to various corrupt people that hold some of the highest seats of power. Upon this discovery, we proceeded to court  with documentation in hand that proved we were the rightful owners of said property and we were victorious. We were told in a court of law to “go get your land”, only to later find out that the presiding official refused to sign her judgement. This could only happen if there is evidence beyond the preponderance of doubt of illegal and official misconduct at the highest echelons of justice.

Even with documented evidence in hand we are still fighting this lopsided legal battle, on one side, hard working Americans and on the other side, people of power and unlimited resources. Through all of this we have never been officially notified of the use of unlawful possession and taking of our generational property, most of which has been used for personal monetary gain. We have followed the law every step of the way, and we’re still fighting Goliath. The financial burden is unforgiving, but we are in this for the hope of preserving our family Legacy. I took over 200 years for our Forefathers and Mothers, to build the American Dream and it only took a handful of years for those in power to steal it right from under our nose. I am sick and tired of everyday, hard working Americans being taken advantage of, it’s time to draw a line in the sand and take back what so many Americans have lost through deceit and laws that favor those in power.  We need your help, we can only do this if we have the financial backing to fight fire with fire.

With the return of our generational properties, we would like to help others in need that have faced these travesties of justice and to assist surrounding communities. So I will ask again, could you be the next EAWF?
