Help family to buy heating fuel

Hello. My name is Miha and I am a part of four member family. We are used to live a humble lifestyle, because since I can remember we can barely afford to pay all the bills every month and buy food for our needs. It all got worse in the last few years. About five years ago my mother lost her job and was unable to get a new one because of series of health problems. So for the last five years she was always around the hospitals trying to find out what is the reason of her health problems. For all this time the only income to our family was made by my father, who is now retired and has a monthly income of a little more than 600 Euros. We were able to live through this years also with very valuable help from my grandparents, but in a period of about three years we lost all three of them and now we are all on our own. For the last two years my mom is trying to retire as an disabled person, because the doctors said that she can't work anymore, but the bureaucracy in our country is so slow and she still doesn't have any answer about it and because of that she still doesn't have any income. Me and my sister are currently a students in a high school and for the last one and a half year we are working when we are not in school so we can add some money in our family fund. That's just enough to pay the bills and to buy some food, but there is nothing left so we can buy a fuel for the heating of our house and water. Our grandparents helped us to buy heating fuel in the last fews years so we could have at least 15°C in our house and warm water to shower once a week. Last year we were able to afford heating fuel because grandparents left us some money for that purpose after they died. But now we are almost without fuel also because of very cold winter this year, and we don't have the money to buy additional fuel. Currently we are trying to save as much fuel as we can, so we are living in around 13°C trying to come through the winter time and hoping for warmer weather. It also takes more fuel to heat the house because the house is old and has no heat isolation. It's hard for me and my family to ask others for help but we don't have any other option. We will be very thankful if you can help us with our problem.
