Help Family after Home fired

On December 12th, my Family house caught on fire while my mom was at home. The fire started in the garage because of electricity conduction issues. Unfortunately, my mom didn't notice at once, she smelled smoke when the fire came on the roof of the house already. Mom called firefighters and started saving dogs and cats (unfortunately one cat died in the fire). When firefights arrived roof and the second floor was almost destroyed. First, the flor was partially saved but was flooded. Currently, three of us and our pets live in our neighbors. We need help to build our house almost from scratch before real winter comes. Any help would be appreciated.
