Help Faith

My dog, Faith has a suspected autoimmune disease.  I resued her from the county shelter on the day she was scheduled to be euthanized when she was four months old.  My little girl is now a year and a half and has started intensly scratching at both her ears. They are scabed and bleed.  Her doctor highly suspects an autoimmune disease such as lupus. She is getting a biopsy and will start steroids. 

Ironically, my sweetie was born with a deformation of both ears resulting in an appearance of four ears.  This oddity has made her popular and well known as the four eared dog or batgirl.

When I first adopted Faith, I was working and making decent money. I have since not been able to make enough money for her mounting vet bills.  I am asking for help in her vet bills and medication.  Any help would be greatly appreciated for my sweet girl.
