Help expose Loretta Rouse and guardianship abuses in Pulaski County, Missouri

On the surface, that audio above is a boring court hearing. In reality, you are listening to corruption unfold. First, the whole hearing lasts less than four minutes. Only one witness is called, and this is enough to put someone into guardianship. Someone in guardianship has few rights. They don't have the right to their own money, to decide where they live, work, or much of anything else. Yet, it took less than four minutes to take away this man's rights. Next, the only witness testifying was Loretta Rouse. She is the Public Administrator for Pulaski County, Missouri.

In Missouri the Public Administrator is an elected position, and their job is the handle the guardianship duties for each county. That's why she is the one bringing forward the petition to put this man into guardianship. Yet, she is also testifying as an expert on the need for him to be in guardianship. That is a blatant conflict of interest. Yet, it happens in this hearing very non-chalantly. It's not the only time. Listen to the audio below. Once again, it is Rouse testifying and bringing the petition. She is acting as an expert and petitioner. Furthermore, she makes repeated statements about conversations she purportedly had with others not in court. That is hearsay in most courtrooms, but not here. Finally, she and the attorney, John Farris, claim the woman, Margerete Webster, wants the guardianship, but she is conveniently not in court to testify. I believe there is a cabal run by Rouse in Pulaski County who create a racket in that county which takes away people's liberties, their property, and their worldly possessions, while the cabal gets rich.
