Need help for Angiogram and Angioplasty Procedure

My cousin, Rolly Del Rosario, suffered difficulty in breathing last August 18. There has been no signs and symptoms of any illness. He is not a smoker, nor a drinker. He was rushed to the hospital and got admitted in the ICU of a provincial hospital. There he was observed for about 3 days. Doctors said there is blockage in his veins, "may bara na hindi natatanggal ng gamot". Hence, the family was advised to transfer him to Philippine Heart Center for further examination since the provincial hospital doesn't have enough medical facilities. Upon admission, he immediately went under Angiogram (an X-ray test that uses a special dye and camera (fluoroscopy) to take pictures of the blood flow in an artery or a vein) and Angioplasty (opens blocked arteries and restores normal blood flow to your heart muscle.)

Angioplasty procedure alone already cost them P350,000.

Their ONLY source of income is their small sari-sari store in Malolos, Bulacan. And a small carenderia that serves lunch and snacks along their neighborhood. Your help will be very much appreciated. We are the only family they have that can possibly help them, but we cannot shoulder all the expenses alone.
