There are 7 million woman and girls in South Africa who don't have access to feminine hygiene products (pads and tampons) and no access to basic education on their menstrual cycles.

Siyakunakekela NPO is working to fight this crisis one biodegradable pad at a time. Our NPO is raising funds so that we can run Pad Drives, which will provide sanitary pads to women in rural and under-developed areas.

R25 buys one box of 10 pads which helps one girl for a month. Taking us one step closer to ending Period Poverty.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has stated that this is no longer a hygiene issue, but instead being denied access to sanitary pads is a Human Rights violation.

South Africa is in crisis, women are suffering yet again with an issue that no one is paying attention too.

We need your help to change this. Please contribute in any way you can, you can make a change.
