Sangkhlaburi Animal Sanctuary is a sanctuary and donation-based clinic, dedicated to defending the animals of this rural part of Thailand. Although the buildings are new, our team have been rescuing and caring for animals since 2015. We work within the community to spay/neuter, vaccinate, feed, and treat the diseases of any animal that needs us, and we rely on generous donors like you to help us continue.
Help us raise funds so our workforce can continue to save sick and starving animals in Sangkhlaburi, Thailand.
Our clinic is proud to provide free healthcare to the animals of our town. Sangkhlaburi is not a rich area, and for most people here, we are their only hope when their beloved pet needs help. We never turn away animals that need us. Your donations are essential to keep our clinic going. Without our free service, injured or sick street animals are left to die because people cannot and will not pay for them to be treated. Our donation based service gives them a chance of survival. We also host vaccination drives at the clinic, and out in small communities in the jungle. We are passionate about protecting the animals and people of our hometown.
Stand by us as we work every day to safeguard dogs and cats from a life
of disease and pain. We are the boots on the ground but we can't do it
without your help. Donate now to provide us with medicine, food, vaccines, and equipment to save the animals that have no one else.
A critical part of our work is Spay/Neuter camps. With so many street animals, population control is vital. Fighting for food and territory leads to injuries, and disease is rife. Overpopulation leads to these defenseless animals being seen as vermin, and treated viciously. Spaying and Neutering is the only humane way to bring numbers down, and improve the safety and quality of life for all animals. Our most recent spay camp was at a local children's home, where sick and hungry dogs posed a risk to young children. We also donated bags of dog food to the home to ensure the 30+ dogs had full tummies, at least for now.
Thanks to animal lovers like you we are able to run these outreach projects, but the costs are huge. To continue to support our community we need donations today. Please, if you can, donate now to feed, protect, and save countless animals. You are their only hope.
