Campaign Story
Minak Development Initiative is a Community Based Organization registered in Luuka District, Uganda, East Africa. Our mission is to promote integrated, holistic and sustainable development among communities. Our vision is to be a center of Excellency for development.
In Luuka District, elderly widows face a challenge of lack of basic needs and yet they also have to take care of their grandchildren under their care who have been left orphaned. Due to high levels of poverty, these women are unable to attain basic needs like shelter, food, clothes, medical care and fees of the grand children.
Money fund raised from this platform will be used to provide the above mentioned basic needs.
Shelter for about 10 families - $ 10,000
school fees ( 10 families) - $ 3,500
Medical care (10 families) - $ 2,000
feeding ( 10 families) - $ 3,000
clothing (10 familes) - $ 15,00
