Help Educate Refugees

Restart Network empowers refugees to start fulfilling careers. We have built a world-class coding school running on a not-for-profit basis. Our students learn full-stack web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, and other technologies in a 3-month hardcore programming bootcamp. You have a role to play: Restart Network is an effort of our community, made possible by everyone. We need your pledge and the power of your network to be able to run our first cohort in 2017.

Over 1 million refugees reached the shores of Europe in 2015 alone. We are here to challenge that this is a problem, we believe it is animmense opportunity to solve the talent shortage in the tech industry - the European Union faces a shortage of 900 000 IT specialists by 2020.

In order to continue running the program in 2017 we need YOU. Let's work together to create a model for social innovation in our community and in the world.

Next to committing our full time there are also hard costs involved in making this a sustainable project. We have lots of ground to make up to bring diverse talents into tech and provide equal opportunity.

All the funds raised in this campaign will go to cover the education activities of our students for the first class in 2017. This means you will enable the graduation of around 20 more students! We do not talk about integration, we make it happen!
