Help ease financial burden of a cancer fighter

Zaheera was diagnosed with HER2 positive Breast cancer in 2014, and was given chemotherapy, surgery and radiotherapy. In June 2016 she developed bone metases and was given chemotherapy and radiotherapy and hormonal treatment. In August this year she developed excruciating pain in the right hip as well as right hemipelvis. After much scans and tests her results have revealed an uptake and progression of the cancer in her hemipelvis, right pelvic and inguinal lymph nodes. A third line of chemotherapy has commenced with daily chemotherapy tablets for the next 6 months. The cost of her cancer drugs total to R 281 000 excluding bloods, scans and any other treatment that might be required during this time. Medical aid is not covering her medical costs as such she is seeking assistance to fund the shortfall and ensure her treatment is completed.
