Help Dwight Jordan’s fight against cancer!

**UPDATE 1-12-2015 – Hunter, Dwight’s son, in at UMC in Jackson.  He is unresponsive and is currently on a ventilator.  Dwight is back from MD Anderson, and is currently with Hunter at the hospital.  Please pray for this family, as I have never seen so many critical events with a family all happening at the same time.  They need our prayers.  Please donate what you can, and thank you in advance for your kindness.   

**UPDATE 12/22/2014 -- JUST HEARD THE NEWS THAT DWIGHT HAS AN APPOINTMENT AT MD ANDERSON IN HOUSTON ON JANUARY 7TH!!!!!!  The Lord has opend a door.....amazing!  

**UPDATE 12/22/2014 -- the van has been secured by donations from several sources, including a large donation from a local church.  God knows who you are, so I am not going to mention names.  Please remember that there are three ways to donate:

3.  Give directly to Dwight or Marcy.

Great job on everyone giving and securing the van for the family, but our job is not finished, because the van is a drop in the hat compared to future medical expenses that they will be incurring.  Please keep passing this on.  If anyone has any questions, please feel free to call me any time.  My contact information is below.  

Dwight Jordan, a loving father of two sons, two daughters, and a loving wife, is in a fight for his life, and he is going to need all the help he can get as he battles cancer. 

Dwight was recently diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, and it has now spread to his liver.  One medical facility has given Dwight months to live, but the family is continuing their fight to save their father, husband, provider, protector, mentor, teacher, and selfless giver of himself to all those that have ever needed his help.

Dwight has given so much to his family and community, but most of all; he has been the rock for his younger son, Hunter, who has been disabled since birth.  You can not tell that Hunter has disabilities, because his father, Dwight, helps Hunter live a normal life by giving him the same opportunities that other kids have.  Hunter gets to hunt, fish, swim, ride four wheelers, and enjoys the outdoors, because Dwight is always there to make sure that he does.  He is truly a remarkable father to all of his children!

This family needs your help financially, because this fight is going to be very expensive, but even more important, they need your prayers!  Please give all you can so they can survive the financial burden that they will incur during this very trying time in their lives!  Also, please pray that God will intervene so Dwight can continue caring for his family as he has done for so many years.
