Help Disabled American

Disabled by an accident. Was disabled by an accident and now trying to reeducate myself in order to get back into the work force. I'm an Electrician by trade and was working towards my retirement when an accident forced me retire at a soon to be 53 now. The cartoon depicts what happened and also includes a reconstructed shoulder.
