Help Dina to have a childhood

I am a father of a beautiful 3 year old girl called Dina. Sadly I cant afford her the proper childhood that she deserves. I work part-time and my wife cant find a job because our economy is suffering from corrupt government officials and foreign "investors". My salary cant supply a regular stream of food and necessities that she barely needs.

My parents died a year ago and it was a big shock to her and us as a family. She stopped talking after my mother died and when my father passed away she stopped interacting with her environment all together. Slowly she started to recover but shortage of funds is making me choose between a decent meal and paying the bills that are piling up every day because my salary is so low that I cant pay them all and provide food on the table.
