Help develop a TNR (Trap-neuter-release) program for stray cats in Albania

In Albania, stray cats are having a tough time and there is nothing done to help them. Most of these cats are not even feeded. Others are beaten up once they approach houses of people who dont want them. Their number is also increasing a lot. This means more cats out there suffering. The government is not offering help and the volunteers cannot feed and take care for all of them. By creating this TNR programe we can help to keep their number in check and to stop more cats from suffering in the streets. The programe will mostly focus on neutering female cats. We will provide an instagram account and facebook page where we will post all the cats we helped and the payed bills for each so that we are transparent with every single euro donated.
