Help Dennis in his fight with hyponatremia and hepatic encephalopathy

Dennis P. Dizon, 41 years of age. A loving father and a hardworking tricycle driver for almost 15 years in the Philippines.

19th of April 2021, he was diagnosed with hypokalemia and had been on medication prescribed by his doctors.

On the morning of April 22nd, 2021 he started showing signs of periodic paralysis and he was immediately rushed to the hospital. At the E.R he started to hallucinate and lose himself. He doesn't respond to any questions the nurses asked him and his heart rate was starting to decline and minutes after he was in a coma state.

The day he was transferred to another hospital to get an MRI test and also the first time we've seen him since he was admitted to the ICU. Due to the pandemic, visitors are not allowed to visit patients in the ICU. We were granted to have a quick video call.

His doctor advised to get him into the ICU as soon as possible because he needed to be intubated to help with his breathing. As the day passes by, his doctors found out that his sodium level is also rapidly decreasing and it's on the critical level which leads to hyponatremia and hepatic encephalopathy.

He is now in the ICU and we are all praying and hoping for his fast recovery.
