Defense Against Officers who Exploited Muslim Immigrant

Hello,

I am the fiance of Muhammad, a devoted Muslim was falsely accused of a hit and run after we were involved in a car accident. The accident was not serious and no one was injured (Thank God). Our car accidentally clipped the the driver's rear corner of the car in front of us as we were changing lanes. The momentum of the crash sent our vehicle from the right most lane into the left most lane of a five lane highway. As our car was still operational, we decided it was best to move over to the shoulder as to not block the on-coming traffic.

However, Muhammad was charged with a felony hit and run because of our decision to move to saftey. The responding Fairfax County Police officers that processed our accident were He was then exploited because of his inability to read and properly communicate his position in the situation.

Muhammad has financially supported my mother and I after my father passed away in his arms last year. We are solely dependent on him and will soon lose our car, home, college education, and ultimately, our way of life if he remains incarcerated for something that he never did.

I am asking you to please help me defend my fiance's innocense by donating to my family's project so that we can pay the flat rate fee of Muhammad's criminal defense attorney. And please remember that not all Muslims are violent, just as other individuals are not pleasant. Thank you.
