Help Daniel Crowdfunding

Thank you for visiting my fundraising campaign. I am born in Nov 1981. I am going 38 soon. I had a failed marriage with 2 beautiful daughters. I had been working in aerospace industry for more than 15 years. I am diagnosed with chronic gout arthritis since I was 18. It is getting worse each and every year despite the medications and purine free diet. Recently, the doctors had confirmed that the uric acid has infected my blood which will ultimately affect my kidneys. There are mornings which I couldn't get out of bed. That has largely affected my movement as well as my job; I am jobless since April. I had been trying to land a job, even a part time job, but to no avail. Hence I decided to try selling cakes online from my home kitchen to pay the necessary bills.

That is just medication alone excluding the consultation fees. I know that we Singaporeans are entitled to use our Medisave or Insurance. Unfortunately and sadly, no matter how much I plead, Gout is not being covered.
