Elizabeth’s heart needs your BIG HEART for continuous beating

Hi! My name is Jaja and here is the story of my friend’s (dah’s) mom:

Two years ago, Dah’s mom had an angiogram to check her heart because she constantly runs out of breath. 
Upon check up, she was then diagnosed with cardiomyopathy (heart muscles become enlarged, thick or rigid). With the said diagnosis, she started taking medications for this. Her heart has been weak eversince.

Last Jan 1, she was complaining that she was feeling weak so her family brought her to the hospital. They were told that she needs to undergo an ultrasound where they found that there has been an enlargement of the gall bladder. After that said ultrasound, she then had episodes of arrythmia (During an arrhythmia, the heart can beat too fast, too slow, or with an irregular rhythm) and was immediately brought to the ICU where they continously had her revived using vitac because her heart stopped beating for about 4-7 seconds.

As of now, the doctors have given them an option to have Dah’s mom undergo a surgery so they can place a portable defibrillator in her heart, a device that helps shock the heart during episodes of sudden arrhythmia. But despite this, they were informed that the procedure had risks and would cost a lot. However, the doctor says that this is already the best option.

This brings me to the request for financial help for his mom’s surgery. He doesn’t have time (and energy-he’s not getting enough sleep and rest since Jan 1) to make this campaign so we, his friends, initiated in doing this for him :(

They quoted that her surgery will amount to roughly 800,000-1M Php. As of now, they do not know how to raise the money but time is running because the sooner they perform the surgery, the better. 

Any donation, no matter how small, will be of great help. Any amount raised over the target that is not therefore used for the surgery will be used for his mom’s medications.
